When a couple requests a Discovery Call with Prana Weddings, we may collect information such as:

• Bride's name.
• Groom's name.
• Bride's email address.
• Groom's email address.
• Estimated number of guests.
• Estimated wedding date.
• Estimated wedding budget.

• Preferred language.
• Information the couple shares about their story and the wedding they wish to celebrate.
• Date and time selected for the Discovery Call.

This information is used to respond to the couple's request, coordinate the Discovery Call, and communicate with them.

2.Use of Google Services

Prana Weddings uses Google services to manage Discovery Calls, including Google Calendar and Google Meet.

When the corresponding access is authorized, our system uses the authorized Google account exclusively to:

• Create and manage Google Meet meetings.
• Create calendar events related to Discovery Calls.
• Check the necessary calendar availability to avoid double bookings.
• Maintain the information needed to coordinate meetings.

The Google access used by our system is not used to read, modify, or share personal Google information that is not necessary to provide these functions.

3.Google Data

When our system receives authorization to use Google services, it may receive credentials and authorization tokens needed to communicate with Google APIs.

This data is used solely to provide the functions described above, primarily the creation and management of meetings and events related to Discovery Calls.

Authorization credentials are stored on our server and are used only by the Prana Weddings system to perform the authorized operations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade the data obtained from Google.

4.Calendar and Discovery Calls

When a couple selects a date and time for a Discovery Call, our system checks the calendar used by Prana Weddings to determine whether the time slot is available.

When the booking is confirmed, the system may create a calendar event containing the information needed for the meeting, including the participants' names, contact information provided during the booking, and the Google Meet link.

5.Communications

We may use the information provided during the booking process to send:

• Discovery Call confirmations.
• Google Meet links.
• Information related to the booking.
• Communications necessary to coordinate the conversation with Prana Weddings.

We do not use Google data obtained through OAuth authorization to send unsolicited advertising.

6.Sharing of Information

Prana Weddings does not sell or rent personal information.

We may use technology providers necessary to operate our website, booking system, email, calendar, and video conferencing services.

Information is shared only when necessary to provide these services, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights and those of our users.

7.Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information and credentials used by our system.

The credentials used to access Google services are stored in protected areas of the server and should not be publicly accessible from the website.

However, no system for storing or transmitting information over the Internet can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, manage communications with our clients, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

When the information is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it where appropriate.
